Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services. Due to unprecedented growth on our QLD Children's Hospital Project in South Brisbane, we are looking for experienced HVAC Technicians.
Responsible for the efficient delivery of HVAC services to the precinct through sub-contracted and internal resources. The role will provide reactive maintenance to site and monitor PPM subcontractor activities in accordance with company processes and procedures. This role requires a pro-active approach to safety and promotion and support of our safety culture framework.
The Position Ensure integrity and maintenance of information entered and uploaded to QFM. Identifying process improvements and innovations. Direct involvement with subcontractors for the following service lines; HVAC, BMS & Refrigeration. Participation in statutory testing including System Interface testing. Identifying and reporting any statutory breaches. Ensuring that subcontractors are compliant with site access requirements and processes. Contribute to the maintenance of the building environment for both air quality and occupier comfort conditions. Ensure only appropriately qualified personnel carry out works on site. Be on a roster with all on-call technicians. The Person Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills. Dual Trade (Refrigeration / Electrical). Experience using QFM or similar maintenance management system. In line with the required legislation, a valid and current National Police check (within 3 months), and other immunisations will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
