Qualifications & experience
Certificate III Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence, Restricted Electrical (D) Licence, Unrestricted driver's Licence, White Card, Working with children's check.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a HVAC service technician
Extensive field repair knowledge/experience across the suite of HVAC, air quality products and base building management
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across most AC applications
Ability to gain relationships with customers and clientele and a strong technical and customer service communication skills
Ability to train and teach others.
Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature. Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
Basic to intermediate PC Skills
