About the role
The purpose of the HVAC Technician role is to provide delivery of the HVAC and refrigeration services needed to maintain service delivery capability of the facilities represented. This is to be achieved through compliance with the Metro North Values, adherence to all prescribed systems and processes.
About you
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate working knowledge in testing, maintaining and diagnostics of the following systems including but not limited to:
Central Energy PlantSteam boilers and associated PlantAir Conditioning and Refrigeration Plant, including chilled water and DX systems.Exhaust and pressure supply systemsCompressor, vacuum and pressure vessel systems.Fire Alarm and Prevention SystemsMedical associated Plant and EquipmentMonitoring and management of a BMS systemFull Function Fire TestingHealth care facilities and servicesHealth Equity #J-18808-Ljbffr
