They have been operating for over 15 years in Australia and have a strong reputation within the industry, offering great career progression, genuine company perks, and large scale commercial sites - no residential or domestic work.Due to growth, they are now seeking a HVAC technician to manage a large commercial site in Western Sydney, which includes central plant, chilled water, retail, VRV, and VRF systems. This role would be ideal for a senior technician looking to manage a large scale static site.Your day to day duties will be but aren't limited to:Service and maintenance of HVAC equipmentPreventive and reactive maintenanceWorking with on-site facilities manager and multi tradesReporting directly into a service managerManaging a large static siteOT on offer if neededManaging one of Sydney's most iconic sitesSelection Criteria:Trade qualified - Air conditioningTwo recent referencesStrong communication skillsStrong time managementTwo years post-trade experienceCurrent license
