Hvac Technician

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join a GREAT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving heating and cooling issues. From installing new units to troubleshooting complex problems, the HVAC Technician will play a key role in ensuring the comfort, efficiency, and safety of our customers' indoor environments.
Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for commercial and residential clients.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Qualifications:

Cert 2 or 3 in HVAC
Experience working with a variety of HVAC systems, including residential and commercial units.
Knowledge of building automation systems and controls.
Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
