Hvac Technician

The Company:
The company is alarge provider of building services and trades to commercial and industrial sectors including government, defence, health, education, office buildings etc.

The Role:
The HVAC Technician will work on a single client site with multiple buildings. Monday to Friday 40 hours pw - no after hours or on-call required! Single site near Murdoch train station and parking onsite - don't sit in your car all day! Manage PPM, inspections, fault finding,maintenance, service and minor repair Liaise with technicians and subcontractors to complete tasks Report to the Maintenance Manager Responsible for inspection and maintenance of equipment including: Chillers, fridges, ice machines, cool rooms, boilers, plant rooms, AHU, FCU, water pumps, reclaiming refrigerant etc. The Requirements: Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning ARCtick License WA Restricted Electrical Licence (can transfer interstate) Safety and procedural approach Technical skills in Excel, CRM, safety software, controllers and multifunction equipment Attitude over Aptitude!
