Reporting to the National Technical Team Manager, you will work to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HVAC Technician, who is comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes. Your cluster will be based in Brisbane, including but not limited to North Lakes, Beachmere, Richlands, Daisy Hill and Boronia Heights.
Your key responsibilities will include: Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services. Respond to reactive HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner. Work without supervision, anticipating and resolving issues. Prevent critical breakdown issues. Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders. Participate in an on-call roster. To be considered for this role: Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician - essential Refrigerant handling license - essential Valid Driver's Licence Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain. Currently have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
