Refrigeration & HVAC Operations Team LeaderLocation: Perth, WABGIS are seeking a Refrigeration/HVAC Team Leader responsible for leading a team of talented technicians performing daily Reactive & Preventative Maintenance activities within the commercial/retail/hospitality & hospital environments.Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day Refrigeration/HVAC operations supporting the Area Manager.
Perform maintenance, fault finding, and minor projects on HVAC/R assets.
Interpret HVAC schematics and use testing devices effectively.
Ensure service delivery meets contract standards and client expectations.
Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional work.
Supervise and mentor Apprentices and subcontractors.
Requirements Experience in a similar role covering team leadership Strong customer communication, relationship building & service delivery skills.
Knowledge of OHS & E policies and compliance.
Relevant trade license required.
Must be an Australian Citizen due to security clearance requirements.
