HVAC Supervisor |Townsville Industry leading salary packages in excess of $135k+ APAC FM have been briefed to source a HVAC Supervisor for a leading Electrical & HVAC company to work across various iconic sites in Townsville.

Complete designated installation works according to contract requirements and schedule.  Rectify system faults and breakdowns promptly and professionally. Implement consistent operational processes to maintain and achieve outcomes in safety, customer satisfaction, compliance, finances, and staff development. Collaborate with other business areas (Projects, Business Development, Administration, and Scheduling) to meet overall business objectives.  Promote Zero Harm Safety management among field staff to achieve safety objectives. Qualifications: Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration  Restricted electrical work license Advanced interpretation abilities for technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in time management and scheduling. At least 5 years of experience post-certification in commercial or industrial projects and/or maintenance settings.  Must be able to secure a National Police Check. Australian Driver's License.
