Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance, and construction services. Due to unprecedented growth on our QCH Project in South Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor.
Responsible for the efficient delivery of HVAC services to the precinct through sub-contracted and internal resources. The role will include the requirement to develop and manage a HVAC Technician and sub-contracted services in accordance with company processes and procedures. This role requires a pro-active approach to safety and promotion and support of our safety culture framework.
The Position Ensure integrity and maintenance of information entered and uploaded to QFM. Identifying process improvements and innovations. Manage Subcontracted services including ppm and reactive maintenance of assets and KPI performance. Delivery of all statutory testing including System Interface testing. Identifying and reporting any statutory breaches. Ensuring that subcontractors are compliant with site access requirements and processes. Maintain building environmental for both air quality and occupier comfort conditions. Ensure only appropriately qualified personnel carry out works on site. The Person Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills. Performance Management experience. HSEQ experience. Experience using QFM or similar maintenance management system. Nominee for QBCC for HVAC License. In line with the required legislation, a valid and current National Police check (within 3 months), and other immunisations will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
