They are on target for a 300% increase in revenue from 4 years ago. The size and scale of their projects has almost doubled in 3 years, and they are now looking to bring on a number of superstars across their HVAC business.About The RoleWith 4 new commercial projects due to start, they are now looking to hire one new Site Manager, that will not only contribute to the successful running and management of their new sites, and the efficient and safe running of the projects themselves, but are also being earmarked for further growth and development into Project Management and Project Control functions. Initially looking to start on Prison, Hotel or Defence related projects, typically ranging from $10 to $30 million.About YouExperienced leading a team made up of leading hands, A/C and refrigerator technicians, other trades, apprentices and non-trades people on industrial sites (20+ people). Must be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example. The ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives. Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships. Enjoy problem-solving. Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel. Experience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
