Site Managers

to join our team in delivering blue-chip projects in Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.Working in conjunction with our Project Managers, you will be required to oversee the installation of air conditioning systems, including but not limited to ductwork, air conditioning units, pipework, insulation, electrical, controls, and commissioning. Experience in the following areas is advantageous:Coordinate the assignments of workers.Agreeing and delivering project objectives.Representing the client's or organisation's interests.Providing advice on the installation of air conditioning systems.Managing internal tradesmen & subcontractors on site, including but not limited to ductwork, controls, pipework, insulation, and commissioning trades.Organising the various professional people working on projects & services.Carrying out risk assessments and managing safety on site.Ensuring that all the aims of the business are met.Ensuring the quality standards are met.Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress.Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors.Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.Having a positive attitude towards others.The successful candidate will be required to liaise professionally with all stakeholders of the project.This position is for an immediate start with good future prospects, a great work environment, and a stable company.Benefits include a high salary rate of pay, superannuation, and career progression.
