Due to our continued growth within Queensland, our Rockhampton team is seeking applications for HVAC Service Technicians. Works are primarily in Rockhampton and surrounds.
Your role at AE Smith Duties will involve utilizing technical skills to conduct maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installation of HVAC chiller and plant equipment, ensuring all activities are delivered in accordance with safety, quality, and industry best practices to a variety of customers.
What we are looking for: Certificate III in Air-conditioning and RefrigerationRestricted electrical work license (or an equivalent from another state)Refrigeration QBCC license (or an equivalent from another state)Experience post-trade within a commercial or industrial maintenance environment with a high level of technical knowledge in Chillers, Large plant, and controls experienceHigh-level knowledge of industry best practices and standards and willingness to take on client-facing responsibilities.Valid driver's licenseCurrent First AID, CPR & LVRWork at Heights Qualification, EWP and forklift tickets (preferred)Sound computer & mobile tech application skillsWilling to undergo a police and medical checkIn return we will offer you: Establish and progress your career in a large Australian-owned and operated national business.Career progression reinforced by our pipeline of work means you'll have the opportunity to work on iconic projects and grow with the company.Fortnightly/Monthly RDO along with Flexible working conditions that work for you as we know flexibility means different things to different people.
