As an HVAC Professional at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, you'll play a vital role in delivering superior service to our customers while performing repairs and installations with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities:
Provide superior service and build strong relationships with customers.Complete HVAC repairs and installations with precision and efficiency.Communicate effectively with customers and team members.Uphold high standards of honesty, reliability, and professionalism.Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation.Demonstrated experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Familiarity with HVAC industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Depending on experience, our average technician makes between $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $85,000 annually.
