You will work independently, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.If you are a talented, self-motivated Service Technician who may have recently finished your apprenticeship and is looking to learn and grow from an industry leader, we encourage you to apply!Reporting to the NSW Service Supervisor, this role offers a fast-paced and varied workload. You'll be responsible for servicing Daikin units in both residential and commercial properties across the ACT/NSW region. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. Periodic interstate travel to our Warwick Farm office in NSW is required for technical training and team-building activities.Additional responsibilities include:Diagnosing HVAC system performance through testing and observation, as per applicable service manuals.Generating repair cost estimates as per Daikin procedure, for customer approval.Repairing or servicing units to ensure efficient operation.
