This full-time position offers the opportunity to utilize your strong technical expertise and management skills to drive operational excellence within our HVAC division.
What you'll be doing Coordinating the work of HVAC technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service deliveryQuoting, developing, and implementing maintenance schedules and strategies to proactively manage the upkeep of clients' HVAC systemsGrowing the service departmentTroubleshooting complex HVAC issues and providing technical guidance to the service teamLiaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and delivering exceptional customer serviceOverseeing the procurement of parts and equipment to support maintenance and repair activitiesMonitoring key performance indicators and implementing continuous improvement initiativesEnsuring strict compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulationsWhat we're looking for Extensive experience (3+ years) as Service Manager or Supervisor within the air conditioning and refrigeration industryExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issuesStrong business development skills to grow the service departmentExceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and lead a team of techniciansDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing HVAC maintenance programsRelevant trade qualifications and HVAC certificationsWhat we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesCar and phoneSupportive and collaborative team environmentAbout us Air-Rite Mechanical Services is a leading provider of HVAC solutions in Brisbane, QLD.
