We are currently seeking the services of an experienced dynamic team player to join us in the role of HVAC Sales Executive / Engineer – Consultants, based at our Adelaide office.
In this challenging role you will support the needs of our expanding customer base by developing strong business relationships with key personnel within our consultant network.
Main Responsibilities of the role are: Ability to develop and maintain rapport and expand strong business and personal relationships with customers.
Maintain and account manage a dedicated consultant customer base to provide support as required.
Provide accurate and on-time equipment selections, budgeted pricing, and technical assistance to get Mitsubishi Electric HVAC equipment specified in Mechanical Tender Documentation.
Provide product update/overview presentations on a regular basis to the consultant base highlighting key products and Features & Benefits for being specified.
Assist sales team with future opportunities and securing project work with existing customers for best chance of success.
Work closely with our Product Support Team for marketing and promotion for any new and existing products.
Participation in sales meetings and update on project status & customer development plans.
Maintain an accurate database and provide regular updates based on your activities through C4 C and communication with HVAC Sales Manager.
As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following key attributes: Previous sales/consultant experience within the HVAC or related Industry would be an advantage.
Relevant experience in HVAC system design and application engineering or relevant technical role.
The ability to build, grow and maintain relationships at all levels with a strong focus on Mitsubishi Electric HVAC equipment being specified in Mechanical Tenders.
Be focussed, self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously, but within a team environment and to contribute to the team objectives.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/ SAP an advantage.
Mechanical Engineering degree with min 5 years' experience, optional.
