Cold Front Service are looking for experienced technicians to complete a range of services, repairs, and installations on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
The successful candidate should possess the ability to diagnose service problems in both refrigeration and air conditioning and be well rounded in the installation of split and ducted systems across different brands.
About You You will have a strong work ethic, good knowledge of performing general maintenance, fault finding, installation and repairs on residential and commercial systems.
The Role This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent work environment, possesses hands-on experience, and is eager to take on varied challenges.
Some of the daily tasks required include:
Providing general Air Conditioning & Refrigeration repairs and services including routine maintenance Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to OHS standards. Work with and mentor apprentices, guiding them through their development. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations. Installations and swap overs as required On Call roster after probation period Skills and Qualifications Trade qualification - Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Current Refrigerant Handling License Restricted Electrical Licence Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers Excellent fault finding skills The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team To be available for overtime as required Clean driving record Ability to pass Police check Understanding of safe work practices Join Us If you're ready to bring your skills to a company that values your expertise we want to hear from you.
