About the company:A leading provider of HVAC engineering, construction, and maintenance services in Australia with over 25 years of design and construct project experience.
They have a really exciting 2025 ahead of them with a pipeline of metro, data centre, and industrial/commercial projects up to $20m mech value.
What your day looks like: Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC design and construct (D&C) projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.Oversee project planning, procurement, and resource allocation for successful execution of high value projects.Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical specifications and project requirements are met.Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.About you: Minimum of 5 years HVAC project management experience on Australian projects in the Tier 2/Tier 1 space.Previous experience working with high profile builders in the same space.Management of HVAC projects up to a minimum of $8m mechanical value PMs and ensuring successful project delivery.Mechanical Engineering background or trade background - with the ability to have an input in the design of projects.Remuneration & Benefits: Up to $150k plus super based on skills and experience.Company vehicle/car allowance.Opportunity to work on high-profile projects, i.e., metro, data centres, large scale commercial.Long term work opportunity - health pipeline of long term projects up to 3 years.Flexible working between office, site, and home.Great support network from senior management.If you are interested in finding out more about this opportunity, please apply today or email to set up a confidential chat.
