About the Role
I am looking for a dynamic Minor Works Project Manager to join a newly established Minor Works division. The division is currently on an aggressive growth trajectory, aiming to have over $10 million+ business in their pipeline within the next 12 months. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects with HVAC values up to $750k, overseeing the existing portfolio and driving new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Run multiple HVAC projects with values up to $750k, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
Manage the existing portfolio and actively bring on new business to support our aggressive growth plans.
Work closely with Account Managers and Estimators on tenders and site visits.
Conduct site visits, manage tender portals, and submit proposals for new projects.
Contribute to the strategic growth of the division, with the potential to move into a Minor Works Manager role as the division expands.
Requirements
Must have a strong background in HVAC installations and project management.
Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with a team.
Experience in business development and managing a project portfolio.
Ability to contribute to the aggressive growth plans of the division.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
