HVAC Engineer required in the Yorkshire/North East area for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment.Their client base consists of long-standing relationships with clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison & more.HVAC Engineer Position - Salary & BenefitsBasic Salary 35,000 - 42,000 DOECompany Van - Optional Personal Use of the vehicleProfit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service - Up to 3,600 tax freeOvertime paid at 1.5x40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 mins each wayOn call allowance (1 in 4/5, 1,200 guaranteed - if called out Travel Paid door to door)Pension22 days' holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years.Company uniform, phone & PDAThe HVAC Engineer must have a proven track record with servicing, fault finding and repairing air conditioning systems, namely VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs & Cold Rooms.HVAC Engineer - Position RequirementsApprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (Not Essential)Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)Full Driving LicenceExperienced with service, maintenance, fault finding and repairLive in the Yorkshire/North East region
