Position: Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor Location: Brisbane
Package: $140k-$155k total
Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer contracts efficiently to ensure project success.Conduct thorough quantity surveying to monitor costs and manage budgets.Interpret and understand complex mechanical drawings and HVAC systems.Collaborate with project teams across multiple projects to ensure alignment and quality delivery.Ideal Candidate: Prior experience as a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor within the contractor space. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems. Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings. Background in mechanical contracting is highly advantageous. Experienced Project Managers or Project Engineers seeking a career transition are encouraged to apply.
