This will involve identifying design options, interpreting project requirements, equipment selection, management of labour and subcontractors, WHS & site management, Quality management, monitor & manage project costs preparing & co-ordinating project documentation.Provide high level stakeholder engagement and manage expectations to ensure effective delivery of project outcomes.Co-ordinate and schedule project related tasks.Monitor project costs, Invoicing and sub-contractor pricing.Provide high quality service to clients.Assisting with the design preparation of D+C projects including attending sites, problem solving, scoping and pricing works for both existing and non-contracted clients.Co-ordinate & deliver tender proposals in our target markets. This will involve preparing tender submissions. Co-ordinating supplier & subcontractor pricing and reviewing of proposals. Reviewing specifications and drawings, site conditions, design briefs and project requirements. Meeting submission deadlines.Selection CriteriaMinimum 5 years experience in Project Management of HVAC projects preferably in the construction industry. Experienced HVAC technicians or HVAC engineers with high level technical skills and exposure to installation works, may be considered.Exposure to a variety of HVAC projects/installations in the mechanical industry.Trade, Certification or Degree Qualification in HVAC field/Mechanical Engineering or Project Management is desirable.Experience managing and working to project budgets.Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.Estimating experience preferred.Highly developed interpersonal skills including strong stakeholder engagement ability.Experience managing or implementing HSEQ requirements with a keen focus on all aspects of safety.Experience in HVAC essential - preferably in the Sydney market.Why Grosvenor?Join our team and enjoy a range of fantastic benefits!
