RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare cost estimates and tender proposals for Commercial HVAC projectsMaintain an existing customer base whilst focusing on new business growthAttend site meetings to discuss project requirements, provide technical solutions and assist clients with design selectionsNegotiate with suppliers and contractorsKnowledge of Excel and PDF measuring tools / calculation software is requiredUpdate and maintain customer information on our CRMOFFERHVAC Commercial Manager / EstimatorBrisbaneVery competitive salary + SuperWork/life balance, Monday to Friday.Massive emphasis on company culture!
