Account Manager Position for a large healthcare and government account in the HVAC space.Salary: $145,000 + Super + Car Allowance.Major HVAC healthcare and government account.

If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you!About the RoleI'm seeking a skilled Account Manager to join a HVAC service team covering a large account in NSW.
You will be the fifth Account Manager in the business, joining the expanding team due to new contract wins.
This role is pivotal in managing a high-profile account in the healthcare and government project space.Key ResponsibilitiesHead the account and oversee a team of team leaders, technicians, and schedulers, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives.Monitor and manage the account's P&L to ensure the business remains profitable.Handle the day-to-day operations of the business and the account, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.Run detailed reports, analyse data, and provide insights to improve business performance.Act as the primary point of contact for a large healthcare and government account, fostering strong client relationships.RequirementsEssential to have a strong background in HVAC projects to effectively manage the technical aspects of the account and support the team.Proven experience in managing profit and loss accounts.Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards success.Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and develop client relationships.Benefits$145,000 + Super + Car Allowance.Opportunity to lead a major account and contribute to the growth of the business.Join a growing team with a collaborative and supportive culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
