About the Role:Fuse Recruitment are seeking an experienced HV Switching and Project Supervisor to manage the operation, maintenance, and projects for high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) equipment at the Western Corridor Recycled Water Scheme. You will lead HV shutdowns, manage projects, and ensure all tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical expertise in HV/LV operations and maintenance.Lead annual HV shutdowns and act as the HV Switching Coordinator.Plan and deliver projects while ensuring safety and efficiency.Assess equipment condition for asset renewal and obsolescence.Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and project documentation.Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ensure safety compliance.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Requirements:Electrical Mechanic License.5+ years experience in HV switching operations, transformers, and switchgear.Strong project management and communication skills.Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Project.Valid driver's license.For you:Legitimate temp to perm opportunity.Fantastic hourly rate.Ongoing training, support, and mentorship.Work for an industry leader in the waste management space.If you believe this opportunity is for you, apply now through the link provided.
