HV/LV Engineer – Team Leader – Deeside/Chester – £60-64k + Quarterly Bonus Scheme (up to 14% of salary) + 10% Employer Pension Contribution + Private Medical Samuel Frank is recruiting for an HV/LV Engineer to join a globally recognised manufacturing company with a large base in the Deeside / Chester area. This role covers all HV/LV infrastructure on site, ranging from incoming 33kV down to LV distribution systems.
Key aspects of the HV/LV Team Leader position include: Leadership of a small, well-experienced team of HV Technicians and ElectriciansManagement of specialist HV support contracts & cable jointing contractorsAuthorised to switch (33kV minimum) & able to write switching schedulesStrong communication & leadership skillsParticipation on the site electrical safety committeeDeliver annual "Safety Near Misses" trainingUnderstanding of current legislation, including Electrical at Work regulationsManagement of Health & Safety regulationsDegree or equivalent qualification in Electrical EngineeringSpecify and conduct risk assessments35 days holiday per year including Bank HolidaysAnnual pay reviewSupport for an HV/LV Engineer looking to gain Chartered statusThe company is committed to the training and development of their team.
