About the Role We currently have multiple opportunities for experienced and safety-focused HV Electricians at various sites across the Bowen Basin. You will be responsible for completing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all heavy mobile equipment such as CAT 777, 793, Liebherr, and Komatsu.
Rosters available are 7/7 days only or 7/7 rotating day/night dependent on site.
Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and repairs to a broad range of fleetMobile Maintenance on Extra Low Voltage, Low Voltage, and High Voltage equipmentHV (RADIAL) and LV IsolationsFollowing scheduled planned/breakdown maintenance and carrying out inspections on equipment as requiredExecute work orders as per schedule and to a high standardCompleting inspections and repairs as per the maintenance strategiesScoping and creating 1SAP notifications for preventative workAbout You Australian recognised trade qualification (Electrician)HV Switching would be advantageousDemonstrated experience in mine site maintenance of electric haul trucks, dozers, graders, draglines, electric shovels, and auxiliary equipmentCAT, Letourneau, Liebherr, and Komatsu experience would be highly regardedPrevious experience within mining is essentialThe ability to work within a team environment and build effective working relationshipsExperience or a fast learner with work management software tools (e.g. 1SAP)A commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail and procedureWhat is on offer?
