Your Role
We've got great full-time permanent opportunities for claims consultants to join our Niche claims team. You'll manage a portfolio of Niche (Trailer, Motorhome, Caravan and Boat) claims, supporting people who have sustained an accident and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of their claims including, but not limited to, Total Loss and Recoveries & Settlements.
You'll help manage and settle claims, ensuring a seamless experience by keeping customers informed, making key decisions, and liaising with suppliers and repairers.
Your IAG journey commences on 17 Feb 2025 with a comprehensive 6–8-week induction (fully paid). After training and when deemed competent, employees can enjoy the benefits of working from home, with the current requirement of being in the office once a week, with some ad hoc days as required. You will work Monday to Friday with some public holidays, shifts allocated between 7:10am - 8:00pm (local time) , so you need to provide full availability to work within these hours. Rosters will be issued 4 weeks in advance.
The roles are open to candidates in Meanjin (Brisbane) , Naarm (Melbourne) , and Dharug country (Parramatta) .
