About the Role
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mas National, you will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to drive organisational success and growth.
You will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services to clients and stakeholders, with outcomes aligned to key objectives and corporate goals, contributing significantly to strategic and business planning.
The CEO will also contribute to Board reporting, attend Board meetings, and participate in Group-wide projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
Align business-level goals and performance with the broader Group strategy, ensuring that individual business objectives support the Group's overall vision and priorities. Develop and review the annual budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial resources are optimally utilised in consultation with the Group CFO and Finance team. Represent Mas National in key partnerships, government engagements, and external forums. Foster a positive organisational culture that inspires high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead, coach and develop the senior leadership team to meet organisational objectives. Work with IntoWork Shared Services to meet business needs through agreed key performance indicators and performance monitoring. Participate in the IntoWork Leadership Team, contributing to strategic direction for the Group. About You
We are seeking an exceptional leader who combines strategic vision with operational expertise to deliver results in a purpose-driven environment.
Key Requirements:
Extensive leadership experience within apprenticeships, training, or employment services. Demonstrated success in managing Government contracts and achieving contractual outcomes. Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster collaborative partnerships. Strong financial and governance acumen, with the ability to manage risk and compliance. A track record of building positive organisational cultures and leading large, geographically dispersed teams. Highly developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to lead organisational change and transformation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent leadership experience. Location/ Travel
This exciting opportunity can be based out of Brisbane, Sydney, and Adelaide. Regular interstate travel will be required.
