Hunter Careers | Project Manager

Details of the offer

The Company
Spanlift is a South Australian owned and operated company, established in 1975, with internal local steel manufacturing capability, designing and constructing high quality commercial spec sheds and facilities for farmers, agriculture businesses, investors and developers.
Steadily developing capability and commercial reach over the years, Spanlift are increasingly partnering with developers and national companies, to negotiate on land and offer turnkey purpose-built facilities for bulk commodity storage with attached office facilities.
The company has internal design and construct capability and manufactures all steel locally within their own manufacturing warehouse, removing the need to source fabricated steel. To reduce complexity where possible, the company has built a large library of standard commercial/industrial facilities that can be modified as required.
Spanlift has built a brand that is synonymous with quality. Having operated for almost 50 years, their motto "we are in business today for tomorrow" has stood the test of time. There is a strong vision for the future, underpinned by a brand promise centred around offering clients sound advice, smart design and a smooth journey.
The Culture
The culture at Spanlift strikes a chord with both employees and clients, being big enough to deliver, and small enough to care.
The team of thirty (30) are highly collaborative. One of the company's key values is "how can I help?", and you will notice colleagues at Spanlift voluntarily helping one another out, jumping in and offering support where required. This is what brings a true family and community feel to the workplace.
Similarly, thought leadership is valued and everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas that help make a difference and deliver on objectives.
