This role demands exceptional organisation, a proactive approach to deadlines, and strong attention to detail. You will support Product Managers by ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate product documentation, and supporting the product team to meet its deliverables.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will:
Take ownership of key risk control deadlines, ensuring Product Managers meet their responsibilities. Manage product disclosure documents (PDS and T&Cs) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely updates. Facilitate approvals and liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate closely with Product Managers to drive initiatives and improvements across our retail and business offerings. This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Albury, NSW. Flexible working arrangements, such as Working from Home are available when residing in the Albury area.
What you can expect Monitor and manage deadlines for risk controls and ensure compliance with governance and audit standards. Maintain, review, and update all product disclosure documents with a focus on precision and timeliness. Collaborate on projects, product initiatives, and third-party partner management. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and potential product and pricing opportunities. Support the Product Team in planning, prioritising, and achieving strategic goals. About you To be successful in the role, you will have:
Proven experience as a Product Officer, Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role. A confident and assertive personality, capable of holding others accountable and meeting deadlines. A sharp eye for detail, especially when managing critical documents and processes. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A proactive mindset and a passion for driving outcomes. Strong research and data analysis capability. Critical thinking skills and a passion for innovation and process design. Relevant qualification in business, marketing or a related field. Our process Once the role is closed, we review all applications against the requirements, creating a shortlist for further review. If your application is successful, you may receive an initial screening call to further assess your suitability, before being invited to an interview. We conduct two rounds of interviews, with the first interview being held with the supervisor and a member of our People Team.
