Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in subjects such as History, Geography, and Religious Education & PSHE. Develop creative lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities. Foster a supportive and positive learning environment. Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning during maternity leave. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Humanities. Proven experience in teaching secondary school students. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
