Community Outreach: Facilitating engagement through recreational, educational, and social activities. Emergency Placements: Delivering responsive, stabilising care during critical situations to ensure client safety and well-being. With a clear strategy for growth, the organisation is expanding its regional footprint while maintaining the highest standards of care. This pivotal role will guide the organisation through its next phase of development, ensuring it remains a provider of choice in the sector.
About the Role
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the organisation's vision and goals. Driving sustainable growth and expanding service offerings while ensuring operational excellence. Strengthening governance, compliance, and financial management processes. Leading and mentoring a dedicated leadership team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, NDIS agencies, and community partners. Championing a positive and inclusive organisational culture that aligns with the organisation's values. About You
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with the ability to guide the organisation through this transformational phase. Key attributes include:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the disability, child safety, or community services sector. A strong track record of implementing strategic initiatives and driving organisational growth. Expertise in governance, compliance, and financial management. Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach. Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
