Your Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will require:Degree qualification in Human Resources and relevant experience; End-to-end recruitment experience; Sound knowledge of HR principles, policies, and techniques; Thorough knowledge of Australian human resources laws and regulations; Experience managing and supporting senior HR functions; Strong operational skills, including managing employee grievances and disciplinary processes; Exposure to workers compensation claims and fitness for work activities; Advanced negotiation and communication skills; Emphasis on professional development, diversity, and flexibility; Resilience and a positive attitude; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; High level of attention to detail and be systems savvy; The ability to develop meaningful relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
