Skills and Experiences: Your Experience and Skills:Qualification in Human Resources.Minimum of 5 years' experience.Strong negotiation and influencing skills across all organisation levels.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of integrity, objectivity and commitment to confidentiality.Prior experience in the community services sector.Must have high level of understanding of the awards under Fair Work and employment contracts. Desirable:High level of experience using Microsoft Suite products ie. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.Experience with ELMO and/or MY Pay RTA will be highly regarded.Experience with Canva & Adobe.Must be open to supporting the development of new systems utilising software databases with a result of improvement to workflows and reduction of task time.Experience with ISO9001 an advantage.
