About This PositionKingborough Council has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, well-organised and experienced professional to join our People and Safety team.
ResponsibilitiesBased at the Civic Centre in Kingston, this position is responsible for assisting the Manager People and Safety with the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for our most important asset - our people. This role will:
Support implementation of the people management strategy, namely recruitment and selection, onboarding and induction, and offboarding processes.Support the wider functions of the People team in implementation of HR projects, programs and systems.Provide support and advice across the organisation on employee lifecycle matters.As The Successful Applicant, You Will HaveExperience in recruitment processes.Strong organisational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Competent computer skills using MS Office software.Further DetailsThe role is permanent full-time (19-day working month) but a part-time arrangement may be considered. The salary range is $74,741 - $80,956 per annum (pro-rata for part-time), depending on skills and experience plus 12.5% employer superannuation contribution.
