Selection criteria Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experienceDemonstrated knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to Human Resource ManagementDemonstrated knowledge and skills in interpreting and communicating IR and HR principles, policies, and procedures to work practices.Demonstrated ability to work under general direction to achieve high quality results by taking shared responsibility for setting priorities, organising workloads, and meeting prescribed or self-imposed deadlines in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality.Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft and database programsKnowledge of My Recruitment Plus databaseUnderstanding of Payroll processing requirements Additional requirements Current NSW Drivers licence.A National Criminal History Records check How To Apply Click on the Apply Now button and you will be directed to the online application.
