Bringing your existing understanding of HR practices, you will work across a variety of HR operational tasks that support the employee lifecycle of your client group and also have the opportunity to be part of meaningful HR projects and initiatives.
Under the guidance of your HR Consultant, this is a great opportunity to develop your HR career in a large and supportive organisation, where learning and growth is strongly encouraged.Other responsibilities include:Providing broad HR administrative support in a timely mannerActing as the first point of contact for general HR queriesBuilding strong and effective relationships with stakeholders and colleaguesUpdating data on the HRIS as required and ensuring HR Resources are up-to-dateProviding timely HR advice and guidance to managers and employeesInterpretation and implementation of the University's HR policies and proceduresWho You Are: We're looking for a strong communicator with existing HR generalist experience.
