Job details We have a fantastic opportunity to join GOTAFE as a Human Resources Support Officer. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be a vital part of our People and Culture team, using your background in human resources to help foster an engaging and collaborative environment for all GOTAFE employees. You will provide valuable information and assistance to employees regarding our policies and practices, ensuring they feel informed. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams to promote a positive workplace culture and facilitate initiatives that align with our organizational values and goals.
As the successful candidate you will have: A qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and systems.A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on creating effective solutions that benefit both employees and the organization.An enthusiasm for fostering a positive workplace culture through active participation in team initiatives and employee engagement activities.If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide: A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)A current Driver's Licence (Car).The salary range for this position is: $76,991-$82,827 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
