Human Resources Officer

Our client, a global leader in providing customer support services to businesses worldwide, is looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join their team for an exciting 3-month temporary position, with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve employee issues promptly and professionally, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Manage employee records, assist with general HR tasks, and support the employee lifecycle.
Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of employee contracts to ensure legal compliance.
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting the onboarding process when needed.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in Human Resources.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work on-site in Campbellfield from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
