Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Human Resources Officer. 
Key Responsibilities: Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the College cultureMaintain accurate employee records and assist with HR-related inquiries.Responding to office and recruitment phone enquiriesHR administration including preparation of employment contracts, letters and managing HR related spreadsheetsMaintain up-to-date HR databasesStaff rostersOrganise and assist with staff wellbeing eventsParticipate in other school eventsRequirements: Current Driver's LicenceCurrent Working with Children CheckExperience with Windows software, especially Outlook, Word and ExcelAttention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced working environmentExperience with Synergetic/Seqta software is an advantage?How to Apply: Interested applicants should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and relevant experience to the principal at [email protected].
