Job Description Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role provides essential HR support across the organisation.
Responsibilities may include: Assist with day-to-day administration of the HR function Support recruitment and onboarding processes Manage employee records and databases Assist in the preparation of HR reports Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues Participate in HR projects The Successful Applicant The following skills and background will be highly valued: An understanding (or interest) in HR concepts Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organisational skills - detail oriented, and proactive Ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment While not essential, any qualification or previous experience in Human Resources will be highly regarded.
