Employment Type: Full Time, permanent - 38 hours per week

Hourly rate: CESO Level 5-$89,875 to $101,560 Gross per annum

About the Role The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support across a wide range of Human Resource (HR) functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes and policies. This includes managing recruitment and selection for relief employees, overseeing probation, induction, and appraisal processes for CES and School Leadership employees, and supporting payroll processing activities. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the organisation's strategic goals.
