About the OpportunityBawinanga Homelands Aboriginal Corporation is looking for a competent and experienced person to fill the role of Human Resources Manager based at Maningrida in West Arnhem Land. We employ up to 160 indigenous and non-indigenous workers across a number of different services operating out of Maningrida.

About YouThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Degree in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Manager role, with a focus as a highly motivated leader and achieverExperience in creating or redefining a HR framework, including policy and process, educating and influencing management, and ensuring a collaborative culture across the business.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leading by exampleProficiency in HR software and systems, with strong analytic and reporting capabilitiesIn-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations in AustraliaA valid driver's licenceDesirable qualifications include: Experience working within an Aboriginal organisation or similar is highly valuedPrevious experience managing a HR teamExperience using human resources management softwareAdditionally, the successful applicant will need to obtain:
