Job responsibilitiesLead and manage the human resources function for our luxury retail business across Oceania, with support and alignment with Regional HR. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, execute HR strategies aligned with Corporate / Regional teams and business objectives, ensure legal compliance and foster a high performance culture across a multi-site retail environment.ProfileHR Strategy and PlanningDrive and Execute Regional and Global HR initiatives within OceaniaEstablish and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with Australian & New Zealand legislative requirementsThrough workforce planning & analysis, develop and manage the annual OPEX budget process, forecasting future HR-related expenditures and identifying cost efficiencies without compromising client experienceEmployee & Industrial RelationsAccountable for full compliance with employment laws in Australia & New Zealand, staying on top of any legislative changes and updating policies as requiredManaging employee claims with Fair Work Australia or Employment NZRecruitmentOversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring Bvlgari's reputation remains positivePerformance ManagementPartner with all business levels to ensure traction with global HR Information SystemsPartner with people leaders to identify and nurture high-potential employees, supporting further development through Individual Development PlansAddress performance issues through targeted Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)Organizational DevelopmentIn partnership with Commercial Training, conduct training needs assessments and make recommendations to people leadersDesign and deliver relevant training programs as required taking support from regional officeCompensation & Benefits | HR OperationsAccountable for the end-to-end payroll process, administered by HR Specialist and completed by outsourced payroll providerAlign with regional team on all global processes for the annual ICR (Individual Compensation Review) processMonthly payroll processing and HR reporting for monthly / annual LVMH reportsWork Health & SafetyProvide all employees with WHS induction training and/or annual refresher training.Comply with WHS policies, procedures and programs implemented by Bulgari.Additional informationKNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCEEssentialMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar roleAn uncompromising standard of professionalism, integrity and confidentialityExcellent written, presentation and interpersonal skillsIntermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point)Adaptable to changing work environments/prioritiesAbility to work autonomously or as part of a teamA proactive approach to fulfilling key functions in order of priority and efficiencyAbility to deal with ambiguity and work to resolving issues of complexityHigh attention to detailDesiredRetail or luxury hospitality industry experienceA tertiary qualification relating to HR or Business
