Dyers Distribution is seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Human Resources Manager and lead our efforts in shaping our thriving family business.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will report to the Directors/Owners and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives across people, culture, and safety.
You will lead by example, driving workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement and occupational health and safety initiatives.
You will foster a collaborative and high-performing environment that supports both staff and organisational growth.
With head office in Gippsland and operations located throughout Melbourne, Regional Victoria, Adelaide and Brisbane this role can be located in Derrimut, Morwell or Sale Victoria.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior leadership to design and implement strategies that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.Foster a culture of inclusion, safety, and well-being by promoting best practices across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Provide expert guidance on HR, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational values.Lead initiatives to enhance leadership capacity and create pathways for professional growth, succession planning, and staff satisfaction.Oversee the development and continuous improvement of policies, processes and systems to support a high-functioning workplace.Drive workforce development planning and initiatives that align with Dyer's strategic objectives.About YouYou are a natural leader with a proven ability to build positive relationships and inspire collaboration.
