This position has great breadth and impact and is responsible for all HR functions including:Work Health & SafetyTalent AcquisitionWorkers Compensation and RehabilitationDiscipline and Performance ManagementTrainingIndustrial RelationsHR Statistics and ReportingPayrollFrom optimising people production processes to ensuring quality standards are met, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a product you can genuinely be proud of.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence.
