Description: About the Role:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR operations of our hotels – both in Australia and internationally. This role is critical in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, supporting both staff and leadership across our operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Human Resources, you will play a key role in delivering efficient HR services and helping to build an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires. Provide support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace compliance. Oversee HR policies and ensure alignment with Labor laws and internal standards. Lead employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. Prepare and analyse HR reports to support data-driven decision-making. Implement and oversee employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and high performance. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality or service industry. Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices. International Labor law knowledge will be highly regarded. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with HR information systems to streamline HR processes and manage data effectively.
