The Role
As the Human Resources Manager for the corporate portfolio, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. Reporting to the General Manager of HR, your responsibilities will encompass all areas of HR and you will work closely with leaders across departments to ensure HR initiatives drive business success and enhance workforce performance.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
Managing recruitment, retention, and development programs to attract and retain top talent.
Ensuring legal compliance with state and federal HR regulations.
Overseeing performance management, compensation planning, and succession planning.
Providing leadership coaching and support to department managers.
Collaborating with external partners and agencies to meet business needs.

The Candidate
You will be an experienced HR professional with proven HR managerial experience supporting a medium-sized corporate workforce. You will be strategic, adaptable, and capable of translating business vision into operational plans. Key attributes include strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:

A proven track record in HR management, including recruitment and talent development.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
